Solar Vizors are specialized masks and Not sized the same as traditional ones, Nor the same as our EquiVizor. Don't assume just because your horse is a Cob size in the EquiVizor or another mask, they will be a Cob in the Solar Vizor. Please Measure!

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regularly inspect your horse’s eyes and face as well as clean the Vizor.
Rinse out with a hose, or hand wash with mild liquid soap. Rinse well and allow it to air dry only.
Check Your Fencing: Inspect regularly for sharp edges (i.e. Ag Fencing). This could result in a mask getting hooked or snagged. An easy fix is putting duct tape along the top of that type of fence line. It helps decrease the risk of a mask getting caught/torn.
Replacement Quick-Release Clips: Clips can be purchased on our website.

Horse diagnosed with Nodding due to sun trigger. This product has made my horse significantly more comfortable and reduced the nodding. The fit is so adjustable and stays on better than regular fly masks. Horse prefer having his ears covered so it was nice to have the option. I am so excited you carry mini size! I have a 10 month old mini that has 2 blue eyes. She tries to remove everything but the Solar Visor Fly Mask is amazing. I love the 90% UV protection especially since she is so young. My vet was very impressed with the mask and the 90% protection. I also love that the mask is made to keep it off of their eyes. Other mask tend to become sunken at the eye due to them rolling or rubbing. Excellent product and I definitely will recommend to everyone.

Just received my Solar Visor for my blind appaloosa Bundy. First day on and so far so good. Seemed to fit him nicely (Full size purchased), and he took to it well (he is used to fly masks so I assumed he'd accept this one). Now time will tell to see how it holds up, it seems to be decent quality, but we all know how destructive horses can be, haha! Hoping it lasts!
