OptiVizor Returns
At Protective Pet Solutions we take great pride in providing our customers with excellent customer service. It is important to us that you are happy with the product you received. Please click on the SIZING tab for recommendations to having the OptiVizor fit comfortably and correctly.
You may return your OptiVizor(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied. It must be returned, along with a copy of your email invoice/receipt, in new/unused condition to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping). A 20% cleaning fee will be assessed for any accepted OptiVizor that is returned dirty. We suggest holding the OptiVizor up to the light as it is difficult to see the vizor's condition otherwise.
Send the return to the address below and allow 3 to 5 business days for processing once received. Original and return shipping charges back to Protective Pet Solutions will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless a product was sent in error.

Protective Pet Solutions does not offer or process Exchanges. If you ordered an incorrect size, you would need to complete the return process listed above and place a new order for the size or product needed.
