Shipment Destinations:

  • We ship our products to customers in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
  • If you live outside the above regions, please email us before ordering, at info@ProtectivePetSolutions.com, for additional assistance.
  • The eVysor product is shipped to customers worldwide.

Same Day Shipping:

  • Most orders for in stock items received by 12:00 PM ET (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day, regardless of shipment method.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Holiday, or after the above cut-off time will be shipped out the next business day.
  • Tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order.
  • In the event of weather-related interruptions, your order may take additional time to be sent and/or arrive. In these times, we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • Shipments are sent from Tennessee. To check USPS Service Commitments to your address, click HERE and indicate mailing from zip code 37604.

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL (Domestic):

  • First Class delivery time is typically 3-10 days. 
  • There is no "guarantee" delivery time on first class mail shipments.
  • There is no insurance option available for lost packages with First Class.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL (Domestic):

  • Priority Mail typical delivery time is 2-5 days.
  • There is no "guarantee" delivery time on Priority Mail shipments.

USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS (Domestic):

  • Priority Express is typically 1-2 days depending on the shipping address.
  • Priority Express orders are typically delivered in 1 day; however, they do not guarantee "overnight delivery" to "all destinations".
  • Estimated delivery times are seen during checkout.
  • Priority Express Money Back Guarantee has temporarily been suspended until further notice.
  • Express Order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (ET) (Monday - Friday)

UPS Overnight (Domestic / International):

  • If overnight (NEXT BUSINESS DAY) delivery is absolutely required, we recommend the UPS Next Day Air overnight delivery option available during checkout. 
  • Note: UPS does not deliver on weekends in all areas. Due to COVID-19, UPS has suspended their money back guarantee feature for their shipments until further notice.
  • If you place an order after the cut-off, it will be sent out the next business day.

USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL:

  • Estimated delivery time is 20+ days. Times could exceed 4-8 weeks depending on destination shipping address.
  • There is no "guarantee" delivery time on first class mail shipments.
  • There is no insurance option available for lost packages with First Class International.

USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL:

  • Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days. Times could exceed 4-8 weeks depending on destination shipping address.
  • There is no "guarantee" delivery time on Priority Mail shipments.

USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS (International):

  • Though this selection is the fastest option to ship International from the US via USPS, due to COVID-19 it is taking longer to arrive and is out of our control how long delivery will take.
  • Please check your tracking number emailed to you at time of purchase.
  • Most often, deliveries to Canada will show a delay in a US City (e.g., Memphis, TN or Miami, FL) as at that point they are attempting to clear Canadian/US Customs and that is currently the biggest part of the delay.
  • Once, it clears Customs, you will then see it move into Canada.
  • Priority Express International money back guarantee feature is suspended until further notice.
