Police Vizors come in 4 sizes from Cob to XX-Large (19H Draft). Ensuring your horse has the correct size is KEY to getting the most benefits out of the product.

Follow the guidelines below to help in determining the correct size for your horse.
Measure your horse's FOREHEAD
- Measure from the outer corner of one eye, UP AND ACROSS along your horse's forehead to the outer corner of the other eye. This will measure the widest part of your horse's forehead when done correctly.
- NOTE: Do NOT measure straight across the eyes as the distance will result in a Police Vizor size likely too small for your horse.
How to Apply & Ensure a Correct Fit

Ensuring your Police Vizor is properly sized to your horse is essential to receiving the maximum benefits of its superior design elements.

Each order includes detailed instructions, tips and helpful reminders to properly size and fit the Police Vizor to your horse. Should you have any questions, we are always here to help!

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Wash with mild liquid soap, rinse well and dry with a soft cloth. Do NOT soak it in a solution or the clear Vizor will absorb the color turning it cloudy.
- The Police Vizor will inevitably scratch over time. How much really depends on the activity level of your horse and their environment. It is better the Vizor takes the bump & scratches then your horse’s eyes!
- Cold Weather: The Police Vizor has been tested down to 0° Fahrenheit, and will hold up at that temperature. Temperatures below zero may result in cracking of the Vizor. The material will stiffen in colder weather when not on your horse. Simply use a hair dryer or safely leave in the front of a heater for a couple of minutes to soften and reshape prior to putting on your horse.
- Replacement Quick-Release Clips can be purchased on our website.

- All orders are generally shipped via United States Postal Service. Based on the size of the order, buyers will have the choice of selecting Priority Express, Priority, or First Class mail.
- In stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day.
- We ship the Mounted Police Patrol Vizor to the United States, Canada and Mexico only. If you live outside of these regions, please email us at info@protectivepetsolutions.com for further assistance.
- (USPS or UPS) Express Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET will be shipped the same day. NOTE: Depending on the part of the country you reside, USPS Priority Express service is 1 to 2 days. USPS does not guarantee overnight delivery to all destinations for express orders.
- Orders placed on a Weekend, Holiday, or after the above cut-off times will be shipped out the next business day.
