Shipping cost charges are based on the item(s) purchased and the customer's location. Customers can view their shipping cost in their cart prior to confirming their order. Unless otherwise stated, all shipments are completed via USPS. Exclusions may apply for excessively heavy or large items and will be noted during checkout. Shipping cost charges are valid only for orders shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Additional shipping charges may apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. At Protective Pet Solutions we take great pride in providing our customers with excellent customer service. Our guarantee is if within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order you are not satisfied with one of our products (Novaguard™, Optivizor™, Equivizor™ Fly Mask, Equivizor™ Recovery Vizor, Equivizor™ Racing/Polo Vizor, or Equivizor™ Multipurpose Helmet), you may simply return the product for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping).
To receive a full refund (less shipping) on a Equivizor™ Fly Mask, it must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Upon receipt we will credit your original form of payment. Shipping charges back to Protective Pet Solutions will be the responsibility of the buyer.
To receive a full refund (less shipping) on a Recovery Vizor, Racing/Polo Vizor, Multipurpose Helmet, Novaguard, or Optivizor, it must be in new, unused condition, and received within 14 days. Any item received that is not clean will also be subject to a 20% cleaning fee. Upon receipt we will credit your original form of payment. Shipping charges back to Protective Pet Solutions will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice from Protective Pet Solutions. Please email our Customer Service department at email@example.com for further details on returning your product.
